Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Sunnyvale, CA to support the maintenance department with planned tasks and urgent repairs. You will document actions, follow safety-first procedures, and assist with repairs, refinishing, and inspections.

The role is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay. The salary range reflects hourly base pay with opportunities for growth within Crestwood’s facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• At least 2 years in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing/electrical, or appliance maintenance.
• Must be able to communicate and follow directions, work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide maintenance tasks and special projects as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
• Carry out planned maintenance programs and document as required; expedite repair requisitions on safety-first basis.
• Repair, replenish, refinish walls, ceilings, floors, and monitor mechanical/electrical devices to anticipate issues.

Title: Maintenance Assistant

Job Duties

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for providing special projects in the maintenance department, carrying out planned maintenance programs as directed by the Director of Maintenance and documenting as required, expediting repair requisitions on a safety-first, patient-need, priority basis, repairs, replenishing, and refinishes walls, wall coverings, ceilings, and floors, and observes mechanical/electrical devices in operations, locating, adjusting, and correcting potential problems.

Qualifications

• A high school graduate/GED preferred.
• At least 2 years inoneof the following fields: (a) general maintenance (institution or building), (b) carpentry or facility construction, (c) plumbing and/or electricity, (d) appliance maintenance. Must possess the ability to communicate, understand, and carry out directions or instructions, both written and verbal, as well as work independently or on a team.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range

$28 - $32.46 USD
