Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the United States. The technician will be under the Service Manager, bringing units up to market-ready condition per Peak Living standards. Hours vary by community and may include weekends or after-hours emergencies.

A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of maintenance experience in property management. English communication is a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Process assigned work orders and ensure Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Support preventative maintenance program and manage property equipment.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
