Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Utah. The role involves bringing units up to market-ready condition under the Service Manager, with hours varying based on community needs, including potential weekends and after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, handling work orders, assisting with building and common area maintenance, and supporting the preventative maintenance program to care for property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in a property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
