Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred (HVAC, small machines, garage door maintenance, snow removal, car wash maintenance, ability to operate lifts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair using a pre-established check sheet.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance to include replacement or repair of fixtures.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
• Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work.
• Prepares surfaces and paints various structures and equipment to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment.
• Order parts and maintain required documents.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
