Job summary

Crevier BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Facilities Representative to maintain our showroom and service facilities. You will perform routine building maintenance, oversee equipment repairs, and coordinate with vendors to keep the dealership running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have high school education with maintenance experience and HVAC/Electrical knowledge. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and a safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with maintenance experience.
• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent and HVAC/Electrical knowledge.
• Electrical, HVAC and basic blueprint reading is expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain dealership facilities and equipment.
• Oversee grounds, building maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental guidelines.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and hours.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs and inspections.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate external contractors.
