The Dhanani Group is a leading QSR franchise owner in the United States seeking a Facilities & Maintenance team member. The role focuses on performing basic maintenance tasks, small repairs, and routine inspections to keep locations in optimal condition.

The position requires at least 2 years in a similar role and basic plumbing/electrical skills. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with hardware tools.

Qualifikationen

• :Experience with plumbing and electrical systems.

Here’s What You Will Be Doing

As an integral member of the Facilities and Maintenance Team, this position is responsible for:

• Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
• Perform repairs company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Regularly check locations for mechanical failure or breakdowns.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Tile, Flooring
• Carpentry
• Light Plumbing
• Paint Building Exterior
• Minor Electrical
• HVAC a plus
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Drywall experience preferred
• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
