Job summary

Dhanani Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Chicago, IL. The chosen candidate will perform a wide range of repairs across our restaurant properties, from carpentry and plumbing to electrical, tile, drywall, and painting.

You will support remodels and new openings, travel daily to job sites, and ensure facilities operate safely and reliably. The role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in trades such as carpentry or plumbing.
• Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, tile, drywall, and painting.
• Able to travel daily to restaurant sites and work indoors/outdoors.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Technician will oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants, which include fixing appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, tile, painting, fixing toilets/ plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition, the Technician will provide support and assist with remodels and new restaurant openings. The successful person for the position is a self-starter, versatile, and is able to travel daily, to facilitate projects and repairs.

• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Position may require overtime.

• 2 years- experience working in the trades, such as carpentry or plumbing, preferably in the restaurant business.
• Skilled in the following areas:

Pay Range $18.00 - $24.00/ hour
