CAMS, Community Association Management Services, is hiring a Maintenance Technician Assistant for a condo complex in North Topsail Island, NC. This full-time on-site role supports the lead technician, performing routine and preventive maintenance and handling simple repairs.

The ideal candidate is energetic, self-starting, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekend work and on-call duties may be required, with an hourly pay range of $18.00-$20.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

CAMS, Community Association Management Services, a local HOA management company, is looking for a full-time 40-hour-per-week Maintenance Technician Assistant, an energetic self-starter who works well under minimal supervision for work on-site at a condominium complex in North Topsail Island, NC.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead Maintenance Technician in performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring our facilities and equipment remain in excellent working condition.

This position is full-time, 40 hours a week with some weekend work required. The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 hourly based on experience and qualifications.
