Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and diagnostic equipment preferred.
• Welding, fabrication, or PLC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines, tools, and facility systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Install new or replacement machinery and equipment according to specifications.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize production interruptions.
• Document all maintenance activities in the CMMS.
• Identify potential reliability issues and recommend solutions to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to troubleshoot.
• Support predictive maintenance programs and safety initiatives.
