Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
0–2 years of experience; no prior electrical field service experience required.
Willingness to learn the electrical field service trade.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools.
Ability to read and follow written procedures, safety instructions, and basic technical documentation.
Must be at least 18 years old; 21 to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Learn maintenance, inspection, and testing procedures on electrical equipment.
Assist with field service activities under supervision.
Complete training modules and certifications on schedule.
Document observations and measurements accurately.
