Job summary

Madison Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Antioch, TN. This on-site role focuses on painting, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, HVAC, carpentry and general repairs to keep our garden-style communities in top condition.

You'll deliver outstanding service to residents and teammates, respond rapidly to requests, and help ensure apartments are safe and move-in ready. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1 year of maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance across multifamily properties.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and teammates.
• Handle daily maintenance: painting, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, general repairs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests.
• Ensure apartments are safe, functional and move-in ready.
• Work with vendors on projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs.
• Keep tools, equipment and work areas safe and organized.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry and mechanical systems
• A positive proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team oriented mindset with solid communication skills
• 1 year of maintenance experience multifamily preferred
• Certifications HVAC EPA CPO are a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
