Madison Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Antioch, TN to lead and optimize maintenance across our properties. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical challenges, supervise a maintenance team, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards that residents rely on daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and construction.
• EPA Certification and CPO certification required.
• Strong supervisory experience leading a maintenance team.
• Excellent communication and resident-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Plan and oversee the maintenance budget within financial guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe shop areas with parts and tools.
• Recruit, train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize resident disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

• Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
• Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a resident-focused mindset.
