Alumacraft Boat Company in St. Peter, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support aluminum boat production. You will maintain facilities, equipment, and property to ensure safe, reliable operation.

The role offers an hourly wage of $26–$31 and an annual bonus based on performance; benefits include PTO, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, and a performance-based bonus plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience helpful.
• CMT certification acceptable with 0–1 year experience.
• Basic computer skills and software for programming machines.
• Ability to prioritize jobs and communicate with peers and supervisors.
• Knowledge of machine guarding and LOTO safety procedures.
• Experience reading operating manuals and blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid Class D Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Inspect drives, motors, and belts; replace filters.
• Assemble, install, or repair wiring, pipes, or equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using manuals and diagrams.
• Record maintenance in CMMS with time, parts, and hours.
• Clean and lubricate machinery parts.
• Assist in training other employees on equipment and procedures.
