Job summary

Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Gateway Apartments in Cottage Grove, OR. This full-time role offers a 30-hour workweek and compensation of $23-26 per hour DOE, with benefits.

The position focuses on maintaining buildings and grounds, basic repairs, and inspections following safety standards. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to work with property-management

Qualifications

• One year or more of property maintenance or related field experience.
• Basic proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and performing maintenance repairs and unit turns.
• Document progress in Yardi mobile app while handling work orders.
• Conduct daily property walks to identify health and safety issues.
• Maintain general repair, upkeep and cleanliness of the property including grounds and common areas.
• Perform additional tasks requested by Site Manager or Regional Manager.
