Job summary
Green Hill Associates Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family affordable housing project in Sutherlin, OR. The role focuses on maintaining the property's physical condition and performing unit turns, basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, and grounds upkeep.
You will follow safety protocols and SOPs, document progress, and work under the supervision of the Site/Regional Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance or related field
- Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile apps
- Own tools and reliable vehicle
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver"s license and insurance
- Legally able to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Assist with scheduling and performing all maintenance repairs and unit turns
- Document progress in Yardi mobile app
- Conduct daily property walks and identify health and safety issues
- Maintain general repair, upkeep, and cleanliness of the property including grounds and common areas
- Perform additional tasks requested by Site Manager or Regional Manager
