Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician A for our Virginia facility. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, read blueprints, and collaborate with electricians to ensure safe, efficient production.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and adherence to safety standards. Local on-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification / Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, HVAC or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and machine repair work on various machines and equipment using hand and power tools.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and repair documentation.
• Reads blueprints to install and repair equipment and collaborates with electricians and other maintenance technicians.
• Operates powered industrial vehicles and overhead hoists as needed.
• Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
