Helion Group in Dallas, TX seeks a hands-on Multi Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a range of production equipment including tube mills, cut-off saws, extrusion lines, and industrial conveyors.

The role requires a balanced mix of electrical and mechanical maintenance, daily checks, and active participation in ongoing improvements to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Troubleshoot 24V electrical circuits, including sensors and relays.
• Read and understand PLC logic to troubleshoot inputs and outputs.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot high-voltage motor controls and two-speed, three-phase electric motors.
• Experience working with blowers, pumps, and air compressors.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to production line calls.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a combination of preventative and reactive maintenance, typically 40% preventative maintenance and 60% reactive maintenance.
• Complete 48 daily equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks, typically requiring 2–3 hours per shift.
• Respond to production line calls, troubleshoot equipment issues, and minimize downtime.
• Support ongoing maintenance projects and equipment improvements.
• Perform approximately 50% electrical and 50% mechanical maintenance.
