Job summary

Nyhus Enterprises LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, and complete repairs to support safe and efficient operations.

You will assist with building renovations, operate tools, and follow OSHA safety standards while maintaining inventory and documentation. The position offers a four-day schedule with Friday overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous maintenance or related experience preferred.
Technical certifications or vocational training are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
Inspect equipment, machinery, and systems to identify needs.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and facility issues to determine actions.
Complete routine repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
Assist with construction, renovation, and facility projects while maintaining safety.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Order and inventory supplies and materials for repairs.
Follow OSHA safety procedures and respond to requests promptly.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
