Job summary

Dimensions Living Oconomowoc is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our senior living community safe, functional, and welcoming. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and routine repairs on a Monday-Thursday schedule.

You’ll complete work orders promptly, perform preventive checks, and coordinate with vendors while treating residents and staff with respect. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience required; senior living or healthcare environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Ability to diagnose problems, think critically, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the community including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry and general upkeep.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure everything is working safely and efficiently.
