Warehouse Hours:

3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am

General Summary:

Performs preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and troubleshooting of conveyors, building equipment, machinery, and electrical/controls systems in the Distribution Center.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follow safety procedures to ensure personal and team safety
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment such as lift trucks, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, dock equipment, and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical/electronic problems, including PLCs, motor drives, and external I/O devices
• Use technical drawings and diagnostic tools to diagnose electrical issues
• Assist other technicians in repairs and maintenance
• Develop and implement procedures to maintain equipment efficiency
• Maintain organized work areas and promote safety
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Complete work orders, logs, and documentation accurately
• Operate material handling and powered equipment
• Ensure high-quality workmanship

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

• Coursework or certification in electronic technology and 2 years of industrial maintenance experience OR 3 years of relevant experience
• PLC/PC programming and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24 VDC
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with PCs and industrial controls
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Customer service orientation
