Morrison Cup Solutions Maintenance Technician Job Description

By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be America’s #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base.

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing at Morrison Cup Solutions. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, working Monday-Friday, 11:00pm to 7:30am.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Preventive Maintenance Schedules and maintain schedules for all equipment and machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machines, including offset printers for printing plastic, paper, and Styrofoam cups.
• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment, lathe and mill equipment, and other machinery.
• Ensure common parts are on hand to fix machines quickly, reducing machine downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Qualities

• Dependable and punctual.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a related maintenance position.
• Mechanically inclined with good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working on molding equipment is a plus.
• Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups.
• Ability to work the schedule Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-7:30am.
