Wages and Benefits

• Starting wage $29 per hour
• $1 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• $2.50 per hour Perfect Attendance Bonus paid weekly
• Weekly payroll

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and building systems
• Rebuild, repair, and replace equipment/machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance including lubrication and inspection
• Assist with the installation of equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment including motors, drives, and controls
• Log work activities for equipment history, parts management, and reporting
• Collaborate with management and other departments on maintenance issues
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills and understanding of basic power transmission equipment
• Ability to use common hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work overtime and be punctual
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (preferred)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent safety record
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with industrial electrical controls, 480V, motor controls, refrigeration, and Allen Bradley PLC is a plus
