Position Details

3rd Shift Opening - pay range up to $31.90 (based on experience)

JAC Products, a leading global Tier 1 Automotive Supplier, is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our growing, fast-paced team. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in our new 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain, set up, and operate equipment.
  • Fabricate parts and equipment as needed.
  • Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems, determining proper corrective actions.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, including retrofits and emergency repairs.
  • Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
  • Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items and keep daily records within our computer maintenance management software (CMMS).
Qualifications
  • Six (6) years of demonstrated competency in industrial maintenance.
  • Vocational Certificate, Associate's Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of robotics is a plus.
  • Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
