Job summary

TIDI Products in Neenah, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems, and participate in Lean initiatives to reduce downtime.

You will work the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) with a $2.00/hour shift premium, and pay is based on experience. Join a team that makes a difference in patient care and caregiver support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
• Experience repairing manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work 3rd Shift and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Ability to work occasional weekends when business needs require.
• Candidates without industrial maintenance experience may not be considered.

As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely and efficiently while helping us continuously improve our manufacturing processes. This is more than fixing machinesit's about solving problems, preventing downtime, and making an impact every day.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Experience repairing manufacturing equipment in a production environment
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work 3rd Shift and participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to work occasional weekends when business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field
• 46 years manufacturing experience
• Forklift/Aerial Lift Certification
• Lean Manufacturing, CMMS, and Root Cause Analysis experience
