Job summary

TIDI Products in Neenah, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for the 3rd shift to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems; respond quickly to equipment breakdowns; install, modify, and maintain manufacturing equipment; and contribute to Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour Pay Based on Experience

Minimum Requirements ( Please Read Before Applying )

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Experience repairing manufacturing equipment in a production environment
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work 3rd Shift and participate in an on-call rotation
• Ability to work occasional weekends when business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field
• 4–6 years manufacturing experience
• Lean Manufacturing, CMMS, and Root Cause Analysis experience

**Candidates without industrial maintenance experience may not be considered for this role.

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking throughout the shift, lifting up to 40 lbs., frequent bending, kneeling, and working around manufacturing equipment.
