Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the layout, prototypes, and machinery in facilities operate at maximum efficiency and output. This includes performing preventative maintenance, software programming, and managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment.

2. Install, maintain, improve, and repair equipment, plant, services, and building installations.

3. Set standards effectively and in compliance with best practices to meet production goals.

4. Respond to technical issues affecting production and maintain electrical and mechanical services through Planned Preventative Maintenance.

5. Drive multiple complex projects requiring innovative solutions with a focus on results.

6. Respond to breakdowns and identify root causes to minimize downtime and restore production.

7. Proactively identify and escalate activities that could cause harm or damage to production, and report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to management.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of electrical/mechanical experience.

• Certificate from a certified vocational school.
