Job Title:

Maintenance Technician

Your Opportunity:

If you have the skill set to increase the available time of machines and apply both preventative and corrective maintenance, then we need you on our team! We are looking for someone who can follow the work plans established by the department and react immediately in the event of any equipment failure to ensure continuous operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Repair breakdowns/disturbances of production equipment with mechanic, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, including the replacement of spare parts.
  • Verify the operational capability of production equipment.
  • Install and move machinery and equipment to effect layout changes as required.
  • Support the setup and launch of new production equipment and conduct final inspections.
  • Support continuous improvement measures.
  • Keep the production work area neat and clean while performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and clean up the area after job completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader.
  • Provide support to all activities assigned by the supervisor.
Bonus:

This plan offers a financial reward of up to 5% of gross earnings when plant performance for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery meet or exceed targets.
