The Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and repairing plant equipment, such as injection molding machines. The role involves assessing, recommending, and implementing necessary repairs to ensure optimal operation.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic components
• Repair molding machines and all auxiliary equipment
• Ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition
• Organize and execute workload and instructions independently
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing, pushing, pulling, and carrying, with good manual dexterity

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• PLC knowledge is a plus
• Safety-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with employees across departments to complete work and achieve goals
• Ability to read and write English; capable of standing for long periods and walking long distances
