Job summary

Corle Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift (8:00 p.m. – 8:30 a.m., Friday to Sunday) to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in our manufacturing site in Pennsylvania.

You will work 40 hours per week with overtime eligibility, perform preventive maintenance, and support safety and reliability goals while earning competitive wages and benefits including medical coverage, retirement plan, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• CNC machine tool experience is a plus.
• 1 year troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical skills with PLC experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.

Job description

Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician, on 3rd shift, who will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives. This individual will be required to work 3-12 hours shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), every week, but will be paid for 40 hours. Shift time is 8:00pm until 8:30am.

Some Duties Include

• Repair and Maintenance of production machinery and industrial equipment
• Repair of CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies
• Plan and perform predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance

Skills/Experience

• CNC machine tool factory technician experience a plus
• Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial and electrical skills with PLC experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC (Preferred)
