Job summary

Corle Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in our Maintenance Department to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment supporting safety, productivity, and business goals.

The role requires hands-on work on production machinery, CNC controls, drives, motors, and electrical systems, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, plus the ability to adapt to reactive repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• CNC machine tool experience is a plus.
• Troubleshooting experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical skills with PLC experience preferred.
• HVAC experience is preferred.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.

Some Duties Include

• Repair and Maintenance of production machinery and industrial equipment
• Repair of CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies
• Plan and perform predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance

Skills/Experience

• CNC machine tool factory technician experience a plus
• Troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial and electrical skills with PLC experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC (Preferred)
