Join us as a Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift at Shiloh Industries

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to increase machine availability through preventive and corrective maintenance. The successful candidate will follow established work plans and react promptly to equipment failures to ensure continuous operation. Responsibilities include:

• Repair breakdowns of production equipment with mechanic, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, including spare parts replacement.
• Verify operational capability of production equipment.
• Install and relocate machinery and equipment for layout changes.
• Support setup and launch of new production equipment, conducting final inspections.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after repairs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Leader.

Bonus: Up to 5% of gross earnings based on plant performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
