Job summary

Koller Craft LLC in Gadsden, AL is seeking skilled maintenance technicians to visually inspect and test machinery, dismantle defective equipment, and install or repair parts as needed.

You will clean and lubricate shafts and gears, service electrical apparatus, organize hydraulic/pneumatic pipe systems, and install or repair automated machinery such as robots or PLCs. Experience with machine tools and welding preferred.

Qualifications

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery parts as needed.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical/electronic components of machinery.
• Organize, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment as required.
• Install, program or repair automated machinery such as robots or programmable controllers.
• Operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine in repair of parts, jigs and fixtures.
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment.
