A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. in Elizabethton, Tennessee, is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for all maintenance aspects related to operations of the manufacturing facility. This role includes installing and repairing machinery while maintaining the physical structure of the site.

The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience, preferably with electrical, hydraulic, and CNC machinery. A background check and drug screening will be required. The company offers extensive benefits including major medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.

• Valid background check and 6‑panel drug screen (no THC) required.
