Qualifications

Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our diverse team in Easley, SC. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all machinery at our factory. They will monitor and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems under the guidance of the Maintenance Technician II. The role includes providing line support for the assembly cell and diagnosing machinery malfunctions using appropriate test equipment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze test results, error messages, and operator reports to diagnose equipment issues.
  • Repair and maintain Fanuc Robotics and CNC Machines, including Mazak/Makino Machining Centers.
  • Replace faulty modules and field components; install and maintain hydraulic circuits and components.
  • Troubleshoot automation systems, including A/C and DC Motors, Motor Starters, and VFDs.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including PPE, NFPA-70, NEC, and OSHA standards.

  • Knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools such as PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone.
