Elmet Technologies is hiring a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operation in Coldwater, Michigan. This is a hands‑on technical role for an experienced maintenance professional who can troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, diagnose equipment problems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and help keep production running safely and reliably. You’ll work directly with Production and Engineering to solve problems, improve equipment performance, and reduce unplanned downtime.

This is a full‑time, 3rd Shift position at our Coldwater, Michigan manufacturing facility. You’ll be part of the team responsible for maintaining equipment reliability and supporting production throughout the shift.
