Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Appleton facility. This role entails inspecting equipment, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will also assist with installing new equipment while following safety protocols. Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge base, plus the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot effectively.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
