Job summary

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and setup of equipment per blueprints, repairing machine shop tools, responding to downtime, following lockout/tagout, keeping maintenance records, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in industrial maintenance in manufacturing or food manufacturing a plus.
Knowledge of aseptic processing a plus.
Good attendance and work history.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems.
Install, set up, and maintain equipment following blueprints, sketches, verbal instructions, or written work orders with minimal supervision.
Operate and maintain machine shop equipment; perform welding, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and pump repairs as needed.
Respond efficiently and calmly to emergency downtime situations to minimize production delays.
Follow and comply with all lockout/tagout procedures and safety regulations.
Maintain legible and accurate maintenance records.
Train and assist other maintenance personnel as needed.
