Westminster Winter Park in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time, on-site work. The role involves performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with major projects under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform basic functions that are mechanical inclined with hand tools and operate power tools.
• Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters, and ceiling tiles.
• Hook-up sinks and toilets/urinals.
• Take temperature readings and boiler room readings. Test generator and other equipment & pumps.
• Repair minor leaks less than 1” in diameter.
• Assist as required Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer with major projects.
