Job summary

NORPEL is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the 2nd shift at our Hazle Township, PA facility. You will work with the Maintenance/Engineering team to upgrade refrigerated warehouse spaces and keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires mechanical/electrical maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of conveyors and PLCs is a plus, with a focus on preventing downtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and carry 50 lbs.
• Prior experience in facility/factory maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with conveyors or refrigeration areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform upgrades to refrigerated warehouse space with the Maintenance/Engineering team.
• Maintain existing warehousing & production facilities in operating condition.
• Inspect and repair machinery and facility systems (electrical and plumbing).
• Complete Work Orders including Annual, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily PMs.
• Attend calls on lines and coordinate with supervisor to minimize downtime.
