Adecco is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Bennington, VT to maintain and support manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. The role offers weekly pay and a path for career growth within a forward-thinking manufacturing team.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC-controlled equipment, welding and fabrication, and accurate documentation using maintenance software. 2nd shift runs 2:00 PM–10:15 PM, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of related maintenance experience including PLC troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication.
Familiarity with preventative maintenance software.
Valid driver’s license.
HVAC or electrical certification is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure continuous operation.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PLC-controlled machinery, HVAC systems, compressors, and utilities with precision.
Operate production equipment and assist with workstation setup to maximize manufacturing productivity.
Conduct welding and fabrication repairs to support ongoing maintenance needs.
Document all maintenance activities accurately using preventative maintenance software systems.
Collaborate with team members to foster a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace aligned with production goals.
