Job summary

Greenleaf Foods in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) to keep our production equipment running safely and efficiently in a plant-based facility.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, handle repairs, and support maintenance planning while following OSHA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and welding is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Welding, fabrication, or machining experience is a plus.
• Exposure to HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry is helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $28.00 – $31.00/hour

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-growing, plant-based food manufacturing facility.

We’re located at 8735 East 33rd Street (East Indianapolis) and operate a landfill-free production site focused on quality and sustainability.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
