Job summary

Opus Services in Whitestown, Indiana is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift Maintenance Technician for a NW Indy facility. This FDA-regulated environment operates in a brand-new building with all new equipment and processes. You’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with some exposure to PLCs and robotics.

Great manager and a team of pros to collaborate with. This is not a high-pressure maintenance environment.

• 2+ years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Job description

2nd or 3rd shift Maintenance Technician needed (we need both shifts) for an opportunity on the NW side of Indy. FDA-regulated environment. Clean and safe facility in a brand-new building with all new equipment and processes. You won’t be supporting ancient dirty machines. This is a fit for someone who likes supporting super varied equipment, and manufacturing processes. Troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. There are some automated systems (PLC’s and Robotics), but we don’t need a programmer. Chance to expand skills in that area if interested. Profitable company making a big investment in this facility and community.

Great manager, and a team of pros to collaborate with. This is NOT a high-pressure maintenance environment.

Starting pay in the $33 per hour area with scheduled rate increases. OT is of course paid at 1.5, great benefits, profit sharing too.

REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of professional industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Excellent attitude and communication skills

• Experience working in FDA / GMP regulated environments (not required)
