Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team in Neenah, WI. You will repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery, troubleshoot electrical, boiler, pump, and hydraulic systems, and interpret blueprints and manuals.

Ideal candidates have an associate's degree in Facilities Maintenance or are enrolled in a technical program with 1–3 years of related experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and a reliable, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar)
• 1-3 years’ related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude

ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team in Neenah, WI.

In this role, you will

• Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
• Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical devices
• Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specification
• Perform general maintenance operations

Driving Requirement:

A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check are required for this position.

Pay:

$28-$30 an hour, based on experience, + $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift. $1,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days.

Schedule:

12pm to 8:30pm; Monday-Friday. Occasional weekends as needed.

Education and Experience:

Associate’s degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar) and 1-3 years’ related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair is required; or equivalent in related experience. Incumbent must be detail-oriented, dependable, and have a positive attitude.
