In this role, you'll maintain and repair equipment to support seamless production.

Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Warsaw, IN 46582

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

Shift: 2nd (2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and equipment failures efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Document work orders and maintenance checklists accurately.
• Report parts or repairs needed to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, and climb ladders as necessary.
• Willing to work any shift to support operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills; troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics (480V AC to 12V DC).
• Experience in welding and metal fabrication.
• Basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software.
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, aerial lifts safely.
