Job summary

PTI Engineered Plastics, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on building and equipment and diagnose/repair machinery as needed.

The role requires monitoring machines, repairing equipment, recording daily checks, maintaining housekeeping, and proactively addressing non-conformities or safety concerns with a proven safety record and forklift/crane experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• High School diploma or GED or better.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience operating forklift and crane equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all machines and equipment to ensure requirements are met according to guidelines.
• Repair equipment as required for optimal performances.
• Record daily machine check sheets and report adverse trends or concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain clean housekeeping guidelines while repairs are being completed.
• Initiate and recommend solutions to prevent non-conformities or unsafe conditions.

• Skills and Experience:
