Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, welding or fabrication.
• Team-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and think on your feet.
• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and temperature changes.

• Exposure to noise, dust, grease, oil, and both hot and cold conditions
