Job summary

Shape Products in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our electrical systems and production machinery. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of facilities, with day and night shifts (8, 10, or 12 hour shifts) and a yearly bonus.

The role involves planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance, diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, and supporting upgrades and commissioning of new machinery. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for rebuilding gears, alignment plates, fixtures and forming equipment.
• Low voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of three-phase circuits and motor control circuits.
• Basic understanding of industrial controls (contactors, relays, etc.).
• Basic understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Simple machining and layout skills.
• Experience with various mechanical and light electrical repairs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to plan and execute projects from small to large.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and machine documentation.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and improving our electrical systems and production machinery. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Compensation

$28-$40/hours

Shifts & Schedule

• Day and Nights
• 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
