Job summary

Shape Products in Menomonie, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our electrical systems and production machinery. You will diagnose, repair, and service equipment, while supporting upgrades and safety initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Rebuild gears, alignment plates, fixtures and forming equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot and repair low voltage wiring.
• Understand three-phase circuits and motor control circuits.
• Basic knowledge of industrial controls (contactors, relays, etc.).
• Understand pneumatic systems and basic automation concepts.
• Perform simple machining and layout tasks.
• Carry out various mechanical and light electrical repairs.
• Basic computer skills for data logging and reports.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Plan and execute projects from small to large scale.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics and machine documentation.

Responsibilities

Join Shape Products as a Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and improving our electrical systems and production machinery. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Compensation: $28-$40/hours

*Yearly bonus

Shifts & Schedule:

• Day and Nights
• 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
