Shape Products in Menomonie, WI is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our electrical systems and production machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

You will perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, support upgrades, and keep accurate maintenance records while collaborating with operators, engineering, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for rebuilding gears, alignment plates, fixtures and forming equipment.
• Low voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of three-phase circuits and motor control circuits.
• Basic industrial controls knowledge (contactors, relays).
• Pneumatic systems familiarity.
• Basic machining and layout abilities.
• Basic electrical/electronic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.

Join Shape Products as a Maintenance Technician!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled technician to join our team and contribute to maintaining and improving our electrical systems and production machinery. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Compensation:

$28-$40/hours

• Yearly bonus

Shifts & Schedule:

• Day and Nights
• 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and performance data
• Provide technical support and training to operators and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate with production, engineering, and external partners to resolve equipment issues efficiently

Requirements

• What We're Looking For:
