Milwaukee Tool is seeking skilled maintenance professionals to troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment on site. The role involves mechanical fabrication, electrical wiring, robotics basics, and training teammates to maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to read and follow drawings and blueprints.
  • 40 semester hours of industrial trade training or 5 years maintenance experience preferred.
  • Certified forklift operator with welding and electrical wiring skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and correct setups, tooling, and malfunctions.
  • Operate personnel lifts and move equipment.
  • Repair and adapt equipment: change air, grease, coolant lines, switches, belts, guards.
  • Fabricate items from wood, metal and Plexiglas to improve quality and production.
  • Build devices to improve processes and install guarding.
  • Wire machines and replace electronic boards and CNC drives.
  • Design components and fabricate as needed.
  • Train team members and adhere to safety requirements.
